Job DescriptionJob Description

Raycap, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Support Associate to join our team This is an in-office position which focuses on providing quality service to our customers. Our Inside Sales team provides support to the outside sales team by generating quotes, providing customer assistance, and processing and reviewing orders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating quotes and the processing, reviewing and editing of customer orders
  • Manage customer relations to include lead times, expectations and perceptions
  • Coordinates with internal departments to resolve problems and assure that appropriate service is provided
  • Educates account and business partners regarding products for assigned accounts
  • Cultivates strong working relationships with assigned accounts and business partners
  • Proactively work with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account
  • Preparation and creation of reports using Excel


Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in business or technical discipline; or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
