Requirements:

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the inside sales and customer service teams.
  • Set clear performance objectives and goals for team members and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to help team members achieve their targets.

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Expert in current order system while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the team.
  • Identify training needs and recommend relevant training programs or resources.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and product development, to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and customer service best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit at desk for long periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds as frequently as needed to move objects.
  • Dexterity to write and manipulate computer keyboard and mouse, tools and controls on office equipment.
  • Body mobility to stoop, kneel, bend, climb and reach.
