We specialize in emergency landslide repairs, rockfall mitigation, and grouting using cutting edge design/build and design/build/warranty contracting. Responsibilities

Mix, spray, run hoses, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumps

Move materials on a construction site

Read and determining measurements

Maintain a clean and organized construction site

Work together in a team environment

Learn to operate rock drills

Operate construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Any prior soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation experience
ORp rior construction industry experience as a carpenter or framer for example
ORp rior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher/form builder or shotcrete experience
ORsignificant experience working outdoors in a collaborative, physical environment

Must not be afraid of heights

The ability to travel at least 3 weeks out of every month

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Enthusiastically work with a diverse team
Preferred Qualifications
- A CDL Class A or a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Work Environment

Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.

Regular heavy lifting (50lbs+) of construction materials on the job site.

Travel:100% travelling in the Eastern US (East of the Mississippi River). Employees are expected to work a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.
Pay:$20-$23/hr. In 2023, individuals in this role, with overtime, made the equivalent of over $27/hr.
