Qualifications:

Qualifications - Minimum of 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience supporting the Human Resources Department. Proficient to expert level of knowledge in MS Word, Power Point, and MS Outlook (calendar management). Experience with SAP and/or Kronos would be helpful but not required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills; and high level of professionalism and Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities - Administrative support to Human Resources Department. Extensive in-person and email correspondence, calendar management and appointment setting. Maintaining highly confidential information and files. Working cooperatively with other executive level Admins. Individual will be responsible for creating filing system (heavy amount of filing), responding to employee inquiries, scheduling interviews, reporting employee hours in Kronos and other administrative tasks. Assisting with recruitment activities as needed as well as hiring additional staff supporting packaging operations.
