Regional Sales Manager

DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative manufacturer of fluid conveyance systems in search of a Regional Sales Manager. This crucial role will focus on developing regional sales strategies, leading a regional sales team, and driving efforts on the ground to meet growth targets. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to devise go-to-market strategies, create training programs, coordinate with leadership, and manage the entire regional sales process. Additionally, they will act as the primary contact for regional clients, building relationships and fostering business growth.

What you will get to do:
- Developing regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and sales forecasting.
- Recruiting and hiring regional sales staff and developing training programs.
- Coordinating and optimizing regional sales strategies.
- Collaborating with marketing to design promotional materials for the company's products.
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals for the region and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships within the region.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to regional leadership.
- Monitoring the regional market and competitor products and activities.
- Outlining and managing regional sales budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- 2 years of experience in a regional sales leadership position.
- 5 years experience working in a selling role with proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience working with sales technology and CRM software like Salesforce and Hubspot.
- FT in-person located in Wilmington, NC, with the ability to travel up to 40% - 60% of the time.
- Open to Other locations if prior experience with industrial Hose sales.
