RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Staff the IT helpdesk
  • Assist users with various IT-related troubles
  • Install and maintain USAO hardware and software
  • Move IT equipment physically
  • Administer user accounts
  • Monitor and diagnose IT systems

  • Train district users
  • Track IT equipment

BACKGROUND
