Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Upsell Account Executive (AE) to join our growing sales team. As an Upsell AE at Peerlogic, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and present additional solutions that enhance their operations and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet their needs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to build trust and loyalty, ensuring they are aware of the full range of Peerlogic's offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of Peerlogic's products and services, and effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and leverage feedback to highlight upsell benefits.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve upsell targets, utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and manage pipelines.
  • Performance Metrics Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas related to upselling, and monitor and report on upsell performance metrics to management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close upsell deals with existing customers, ensuring alignment with company sales policies and procedures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other sales teams to develop upsell strategies and campaigns, providing feedback to product teams based on customer insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles is preferred, particularly in the tech or healthcare industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
