Clinical Research Nurse

Oncology Clinical Research Nurse Job Description Seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Nurse to coordinate and oversee clinical operations of clinical trials. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of clinical trials, acting as a liaison on regulatory issues, recruiting and evaluating study patients, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will ensure all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with protocol guidelines, and will effectively communicate and educate all stakeholders involved in the study. Requirements 3-5 years clinical research nursing experience Must have BSN Experience with EKGs, processing/shipping of blood serum, urine Experience in preparing clinical trial budgets Familiarity with FDA regulatory, IND reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar suite Soft Skills Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Effective team collaboration Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Hackensack, New Jersey. Work Environment This position requires a fast-paced working environment within a diverse and dynamic team. The role involves flexible work hours with a schedule of 4, 10-hour days and a range of starting times. The initial 90 days will be Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift, subsequently transitioning based on coverage and tenure.
