IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure reliable operations
  • Re-imaging computers, fax/ printer troubleshooting, MDM, iPhone support
  • Provide end-user support, responding to help desk calls, emails, and technical requests
  • Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot and install Microsoft OS (Windows 7-11), Microsoft Office, and imaging technologies
  • Deploy hardware and provide off-hour support as needed, including remote support

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, IT systems, and LAN networking
  • Familiarity with iOS and mobile devices
  • Associate's degree in IT or related field, relevant certifications, or equivalent IT experience
  • Minimum 1 year of IT experience, with preference for candidates with certifications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
