Senior Accountant

Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Salary: $75K-$85K DOE

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an accounting professional who enjoys wearing a variety of hats and is comfortable handling general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and budgeting responsibilities. Our client is located in Chandler, offers a hybrid schedule, dynamic work environment and fantastic team culture.

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required
  • 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Percentage of completion (POC) experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll responsibilities
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cash management/forecasting
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting duties
