Evening Desk Supervisor

Trinity is currently hiring a part-time Evening Desk Supervisor, within our Family Neighborhood Resources Center (FNRC) program. The Evening Desk Supervisor will greet all agency guests upon their arrival and connect them to the appropriate contact or resource within the agency. The Evening Desk Supervisor will possess excellent communication and customer service skill sets. This position is responsible for making visitors feel welcome, comfortable, safe and well served. This individual will be responsible for following the closing procedures to ensure the safety and security of the building and our patrons.
What will you be doing as EVENING DESK SUPERVISOR?
- Greet all guests as they enter the building, sign them in, and direct them to the appropriate program.
- Monitor all security.
- Secure/lock up the building at the end of the evening following the closing procedures checklist. Be certain that all windows and doors ad locked and secure and set the alarm security system.
- Enforce all administrative procedures (e.g. vendor sign in) and postings distributed throughout the agency.
- Facilitate new client intakes, registrations, and assessments as applicable.
- Assist with client resource navigation and the facilitation and follow through of referrals.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member and assist with client navigation as applicable.
- Provide general information and assistance to the public.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in relevant electronic and paper-based forms.
- Always maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
- Keep all message centers, bulletin boards, and calendars current.
- Assist staff with other projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are your skills and experience?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of positive work history
- Basic computer skills
Salary Range - $16.50 - $18.50 per hour.
The schedule for this position is as follows: Monday through Friday - 4:30 - 7:30 PM
