We’re looking for a talented and experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer who is ready to drive test strategy, planning and execution alongside a supportive Software Engineering team. Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Experience defining QA strategy and processes from scratch 5+ years writing end-to-end tests in Cypress Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Experience working on a remote team Attention to detail Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Strong organizational skills Fluent in written and spoken English Responsibilities Include Review and analyze system specifications Act as the SME for AQA within the engineering team, driving best practice by coaching Software Engineers Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans Establish metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure AQA quality goals are met. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Ensure that all automated testing related activities are carried out as per the standards defined by the company. Create logs to document testing phases and defects Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Company Benefits Invision360 is a remote based company offering flexible working arrangements.
