Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing testing teams across various projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UiPath test automation, including scripting for automation.
  • At least 12 years of overall testing experience across 2 or more industries.
  • A proven track record of 8 years in leading testing teams effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple testing teams that cover various technologies and testing types, including functional, automation, performance, and security testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish measurable quality objectives for projects and key performance indicators for team members.
  • Exposure to at least 5 different technology environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with coding and automation scripting for a minimum of 2 years, with a solid understanding of project architecture.
Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in leading teams focused on automation and performance testing.
  • Proficiency in setting up UiPath test automation frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation using UiPath.
