Further, each employee must read and adhere to corporate policies and safety protocols.• Learn more about Cutsforth here: Cutsforth.com/About• Read our Mission & Values here: Cutsforth.com/ValuesRole Overview:The Information Technology Manager designs, develops, implements, and manages Cutsforth’s information technology infrastructure, including computer application systems, computer and communication systems, network and related systems. They also establish and maintain information technology policies, procedures, and standards. The IT Manager aligns IT processes with current and future business objectives by maturing and documenting technologies and processes.Key Responsibilities:I. Team Management & Business Administration:• Develop and execute IT strategies, set performance goals, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.• Delegate tasks effectively and lead the team through project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.• Foster team development by providing support and opportunities for career growth and professional development.• Prepare reports and dashboards for reporting to management, highlighting key performance metrics and project statuses.• Maintain and manage the IT catalog, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effective resource allocation.II. Technology Management:• Manages hardware and software inventory and procurement, including audits to ensure hardware and software comply with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines; hardware and software maintenance; evaluation and purchase of new hardware and software; and negotiation with vendors for software licenses.• Monitors information technology infrastructure and related system operations and assesses potential risks in coordination with the cybersecurity team.• Implements recovery and backup procedures.• Researches and evaluates new technology, techniques, threats, and industry best practices to optimize efficiency and usability and minimize vulnerabilities.• Monitors network and system performance to ensure that operations are within established standards and develops recommendations for enhancements to improve operations and increase system capabilities.• Performs hardware and software upgrades to ensure all systems are up to date.• Configures and maintains key technology and communications including firewalls, internet connections, remote access, etc.• Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures, and standards.• Aligns IT processes with current and future business objectives by maturing and documenting technologies and processes.III. Technical Support:• May assist staff with diagnosing and solving computer equipment problems.• Troubleshoots and resolves server issues, networks, remote access, email, and desktop solutions.• Plans for and responds to service outages and other workstation or server problems, diagnosing and correcting the problems.IV. Technology Training:• Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training.• Develops and presents equipment and policy training to staff and end users.V. Solutions Administration:• Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements to the information technology infrastructure and its supporting hardware and software.• Tests system updates and patches as well as application rollouts and troubleshoots issues.• Administers user accounts, permissions, and passwords and ensures users can securely access data.• Creates and maintains documentation of processes, policies, and systems.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or other relevant technology area• 6 or more years’ experience in administrating relevant technologies.• 2 or more years in a technical management role.Preferred Qualifications:• Highly proficient knowledge of enterprise Microsoft solutions, and other technical business tools such as administration of Office 365, Teams, Azure, etc.• Working knowledge of enterprise device management, identify management and technical best practices in an enterprise environment.• Excellent communication skills, reporting skills, administrative writing skills; demonstrated ability to work constructively within teams.• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced organization with diverse business needs.• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage administrative processes and analyze information.Other Qualifications:• Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity access requirements.• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.• Must reside in the United States.• We are not accepting applicants for remote workers in California, Illinois, and New York at this time.Cybersecurity Role Expectations:• Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and those relevant to the functions of their role.• Candidate is expected to maintain a cybersecure work environment.Physical Requirements:• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.• Must be able to use hands to type and must be able to navigate the computer keyboard.• Must be able to view computer screen for extended periods of time.• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.Benefits:• Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance• Health Savings Account with Employer contributions• 401(k) with Employer match• Short-term & Long-term Disability Coverage• Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage• Life Insurance Coverage• 80 hours of Paid-Time-Off annually• Eight paid holidays per yearEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:Cutsforth will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
