Job Summary:

As a Calibration Coordinator, you'll manage all calibration activities for Core Diagnostics within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This includes coordinating calibration schedules, training users, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Job Duties:

  • Approve calibration requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Coordinate and resolve nonconformance issues (CAPA, audits).
  • Train instrument users in calibration procedures.
  • Oversee calibration dates, status reports, and noncompliance tracking.
  • Manage audit activities and CAPA follow-ups.
  • Set up and manage data in temperature/process monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in instrument calibration or related field.
  • Experience with calibration systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP).
  • Strong organizational, computer, and project management skills.
