KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Assistant is a team player that supports the sales team to ensure the departments success. As a Sales Assistant, you are responsible for assisting new customers in learning the features and benefits of their new or pre-owned vehicle at time of delivery. Assisting customers with technology on the vehicles; ensuring Cadillac apps are accessible as well as EV apps needed for new drivers. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Ensuring vehicles have gas
  • Taking vehicles to detail to have scheduled clean up performed
  • Moving vehicles on/off premises 
  • Delivery of new or loaner vehicles to guests at residence or business
  • Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
  • Removes all window stickers on sold vehicles.
  • Snow removal as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Product knowledge/technology proficiency/Cadillac-level guest experience
  • Understanding of sales process
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Valid driver’s license.
