Apply to join a large financial institution's team as a Loan Document Processor In this pivotal role within a call center environment, you'll spearhead document gathering for personal homeowners insurance policies and mortgages (HOI) initially, expanding into other areas such as HOA and Condo. salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, initially focused on personal homeowners insurance policies and mortgages (HOI).

  • Responsible for gathering necessary documents from customers and managing assigned tasks from the escalation inbox.

  • Perform document retrieval related to loans, investigate stipulations, and collaborate with agents to ensure requirements are met.

  • Handle 30+ outbound calls and 5-10 inbound calls daily, with anticipated increases in volume.

  • Utilize websites for communication with agents and discuss new policies, coverage, and updates.

  • Pre-review received documents once returned and utilize CORE software (mortgage system) and Assurance for tasks.

  • Regularly interact with management across all levels.
