Stavtaris a financial software company headquartered in New York, with employees located in the United States and India. Founded by financial and technology professionals from the alternative asset management industry, Stavtar is well versed in the marriage between people, processes and technology. Their product StavPay, has revolutionized the way in which complex businesses such as alternative asset managers manage their business spend and expense allocation process.

Job Summary:

Stavtar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS B2B Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our new StavPay clients, guiding them through the initial setup, training, and implementation. This role requires excellent communication, project management skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

-         Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new StavPay clients.

-         Conduct onboarding sessions, including product demonstrations and training.

-         Assist clients in configuring and customizing the software to meet their specific needs.

-         Ensure all necessary documentation and account setups are completed accurately and timely.

Customer Support:

-         Provide ongoing support to new clients during the onboarding phase.

-         Address and resolve clients' issues or concerns during the setup process.

-         Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients until they are fully onboarded.

 Training and Education:

-         Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new clients.

-         Create and maintain onboarding materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

-         Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are comfortable using the software.

Collaboration:

-         Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and expectations.

-         Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to communicate client feedback and suggest product improvements.

-         Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing support.

Performance Tracking:

-         Monitor and track onboarding metrics to assess the success of the onboarding process.

-         Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement.

-         Report on onboarding progress and client satisfaction to management.

Qualifications:

Education:

-         Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

-         2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

-         Proven track record of successful client onboarding and implementation.

Skills:

-         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-         Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.

-         Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-         Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

-         Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
