We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team and work directly under a Sales Representative to help manage and grow their book of business. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day account management, ensure exceptional customer service, and support sales efforts to drive continued success.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Assist in managing freight operations and coordinating shipments
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure smooth communication
  • Work closely with the Sales Rep to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts
  • Problem-solve logistics challenges and provide proactive solutions
  • Support daily administrative tasks related to account management

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a sales support, account management, or logistics role preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Bonus: Experience in the logistics industry or working with a 3PL
