About the practice:

Pinnacle Dermatology Merrillville is part of QualDerm Partners. We are seeking a well trained Advanced Practice Provider to join our practice. The practice maintains a patient-centered and physician-centric approach, through electronic medical records, stellar customer service, and a highly-efficient support staff. You will be joining a community of experienced dermatologist and Advanced Practice Providers within the QuaDerm network. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week for a healthy work life balance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of Dermatology experience as a provider (Required)

• Illinois State licensure as an Advanced Practice Providers

• Experience as delineated in clinical privileges through credentialing by the Medical Staff Office.

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Master's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing appropriate for certification as a Nurse Practitioner, or an accredited Physician Assistant program.
