Position Summary
The Contract Administration Specialist is responsible for managing the entire contract process with clients, including drafting, revising, and maintaining service agreements. This role will involve coordinating with sales and operations teams, negotiating with clients, and ensuring proper execution of all documents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administering the process related to the execution of service agreements and related documents
- Coordinating with sales and operations teams to prepare and modify contracts
- Ensuring proper execution of all documents and transitioning to accounts receivable and financial services teams
- Directly interacting with clients and sales team to negotiate terms and conditions
- Providing guidance to the operations team in contract matters and contract enforcement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; J.D. or paralegal background a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with contract management software is preferred
- Expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel
