KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team supporting PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Weapons Systems Integration (WSI) integrated Product Team (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, engineering technical service support, and day-to-day operations support.
The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist PMA265 Weapon System Integration (WSI) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in developing acquisition and engineering documentation, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, developing and tracking responses to program office operations tasking, and liaising with Level III Product Leads

Coordinating government/contractor personnel staffing requirements, coordinating responses to data drills, analyzing data, coordinating and preparing program briefings, program status reports, point papers, requests for information, and other documentation as required, while ensuring tasks are completed on or before due date. Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the IPT programs.

Manages day to day operations across the IPT and provides program management, business and acquisition continuity in the absence of the IPT Lead and makes recommendations in support of program execution, and out-year planning. Executes incoming drills and tasks from outside organizations and coordinates responses through OPS and PMA Leadership.

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Security clearance. Must be a US citizen.
Education & Years of Experience: BS/BA from an accredited US institution and 3 years of experience OR AA/AS from an accredited US institution and 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma and 12 years of experience
Technical Skills/Software/Background:

Ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes; and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.

Must be highly proficient Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook).

Must be a self-starter and be able to capture actions items and meeting minutes.

This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR.
