Job Description

AVIAN is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Management Analyst to support our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules, and perform management, technical, or business case analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ETMS2 Tasking assessment from various external sources, consolidate material from multiple teams, and provide a cohesive response within directed guidelines and timelines.
  • Support Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations stakeholder information dissemination tools and techniques, to include critical information collection and organization.
  • Assist the Program Manager and Resource Sponsors in the coordination, upgrades, and submission of Congressional Responses, Program Objective Memorandum, Program Review, issue sheet development, senior-level briefings, budget drills, reclamas, and other related activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, attend, and participate in requirements reviews, system working group meetings, technical interchange meetings, program review meetings, test planning meetings, and other meetings as required/directed.
  • Coordinate and participate in working groups, meetings, and conferences with other Program Manager, Air (PMAs) offices, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Navy, and other military services to coordinate program plans, roadmaps, and reviews of potential technologies.
  • Support planning activities, including presenting alternative funding or acquisition strategies and cost estimates for new program requirements for Government consideration.
  • Provide analyses of requirements and schedules, evaluate and recommend changes to schedules and associated milestones to ensure compatibility with overall program objectives.
  • Support related source selection evaluations, including performing analyses of contract proposals, change proposals, and technical changes.
  • Support the build of analyses of projected and actual weapons systems costs, including program engineering requirements, logistics requirements, test and integration efforts, contractor's cost, and potential product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: MA/MS degree in a business-related or technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, including UAS subject matter expertise, data collection, organization, and interpretation, and program/project status and schedule tracking.
  • Desired Experience: Strongly desired experience in supporting Program Offices, Requirements Officers, and analytic techniques to support execution of program/project objectives.
  • Must possess and maintain a Top Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
