Eclypsium is seeking a creative and passionate UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping user experiences by designing intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the company to understand user needs, transform insights into compelling designs, and ensure that our digital products delight and empower users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
- Create and refine UI/UX design solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to projects.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Experience in cybersecurity product design is a plus.
- Experience at a high growth startup is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
