Job Description Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $25/hr.-$27/hr. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. ERP Software Utilization: Track inventory movements, update stock levels, and generate reports for management using ERP software. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality. Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all shipping and receiving activities, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and discrepancies. Freight Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate freight shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Issue Resolution: Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays to ensure smooth transportation of goods. Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment as needed. Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials. Product Assembly: Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Proficiency in ERP software and inventory tracking systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
