Job Description Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $25/hr.-$27/hr. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. ERP Software Utilization: Track inventory movements, update stock levels, and generate reports for management using ERP software. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality. Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all shipping and receiving activities, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and discrepancies. Freight Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate freight shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Issue Resolution: Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays to ensure smooth transportation of goods. Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment as needed. Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials. Product Assembly: Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory management or a related field. Proficiency in ERP software and inventory tracking systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
