How you will Achieve More with Intellia

As a motivated Co-op, you will join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team, where you will participate in various activities under the supervision of experienced sourcing and procurement professionals to gain an understanding and experience on fundamentals of end to end strategic sourcing process including but not limited to : 1) spend and contract analysis; 2) defining business requirements; 3) collecting market intelligence; 4) supplier evaluation & selection; 5) contracting & negotiation.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead spend, contract, and market analysis
  • Assist in project management of the end-to-end strategic sourcing projects
  • Assist in upkeeping Workday Sourcing (e-Sourcing platform)
  • Assist in continuous process improvement projects
  • Assist in team's quarterly reporting
About You

For this Co-op role, we are looking for someone who is:
  • Curious about the data and leverage what you have learned in class and apply it within mentored and structured setting to generate actionable intelligence
  • Motivated and can work independently with guidance from experienced mentor(s)
  • Team player who wants to work cross-functionally with many different disciplines


Candidates should be enrolled in a 4-year university and eligible to participate in Spring 2025 co-op cycle (January-June 2025).

The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is a small but integral part of Intellia's Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Organization.
