Position Description

The Vice President of Publisher Development for the Americas at PubMatic is a crucial role, primarily focused on advancing our success across multiple channels including Display, Mobile, Video, Enterprise, and CTV publisher account acquisition in the Americas. This senior sales leader will bring together all relevant stakeholders and the full breadth of platform solutions within PubMatic to drive our engagement and the ultimate growth of our publisher business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading sales strategies to enhance multi-channel, video, mobile app, Enterprise, and CTV publisher acquisitions.
  • Orchestrating account acquisition initiatives across the Americas, encompassing the creation and execution of detailed sales plans.
  • Formulating regional business strategies, including account lists, assignments, and revenue targets.
  • Analyzing sales performance and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Expanding vertical sales opportunities within the existing customer base, particularly in CTV.
  • Leading acquisition and negotiation efforts for large-scale Enterprise prospects.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic customer relationships to uncover new value opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing to design and participate in impactful programs.
  • Conducting regular team meetings with a focus on pipeline review.
  • Collaborating with customer success teams to streamline customer onboarding and ramp-up.
  • Participating in industry events to boost sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to inspire team members and foster strong external relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in media/media technology, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role focusing on publisher business growth.
  • Senior level relations with Display, Mobile, Video and CTV publishers.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insights and strategic plans to leadership.
  • Proven expertise in business development related to emerging media technologies.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a flair for creative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to represent the company in external engagements and industry events.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Online Advertising Industry with relationships across Dispaly, Mobile, Video and CTV.
