Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer related studies or equivalent experience.

Relevant Azure certifications or ongoing pursuit of Azure certifications.

Experience: 5 years Server and Azure administration in an enterprise environment.

Critical Action Items / Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily monitoring and surveillance of Azure hosted systems and proactively respond to service issues.
2. Assist in managing and maintaining a Hybrid Azure Cloud environment.
3. Assist in managing and maintaining a Hybrid Office 365 Tenant.
4. Assist in maintenance and administration of user accounts, permissions, groups and Roles within Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
5. Assist in maintenance and administration of Office 365 account, group and mailbox objects.
6. Assist in management and administration of Azure Intune devices, policies and configuration and service.
7. Assist in management and administration of Azure Enterprise Applications.
8. Support Azure infrastructure configuration, development, and administration.
9. Performs infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and migrations.
10. Develops, tests, and deploys Microsoft Windows Server technologies and Azure products.
11. Maintain and support software releases across system platforms and implement vendor software, hardware, and security patches and recommendations.
12. Manages workload through ticket and project management systems.

13. Apply knowledge of and experience with technological concepts in systems and network troubleshooting
14. Collaborate with Information Security to ensure proper security policies and standards are followed.
15. Creates and maintains documentation of duties, systems, and functions.
16. Assists in creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
17. Perform after-hours emergency monitoring/escalation.
18. Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality.
19. Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Measurable Deliverables:
1. Maintain record keeping and documentation of workload.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
3. Verify issue resolution on the customer's behalf.
4. Situational awareness communication to Senior Azure Cloud Administrator for circumstances to include trending issues and critical incidents.

Requirements:
1. Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
3. Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service to internal customers.
4. Ability to be flexible with projects and duties assigned.
5. Adhere to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements.
6. Working knowledge of MS operating systems and Azure applications.
7. Working knowledge of Intune and Company portal.
8. Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Administration, and VMware
9. Proficiency in Window services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory)
10. Proficiency in PowerShell, Group Policy Management.
11. Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VLANs.
12. Familiarity with CIS, CCMC, NIST concepts and guidelines.
13. Meet annual training requirements.
