The Manager of Leadership Development will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development training programs for existing and emerging leaders, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.

Job Qualifications - Minimum Education & Experience:
* Master's degree preferred (Bachelor's Degree plus experience considered) in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
* 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Training Manager, Leadership Development Manager, or Organizational Development Manager
* Proven record of planning and executing leadership development initiatives for leaders.
* Demonstrated experience leading Learning & Developing teams.
* Professional Certification (e.g., CPLP) a plus.
* Must have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications, is qualifying.

* Strong facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills,
* Demonstrated ability to build constructive, collaborative business relationships across organizational functions and levels.
* Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
* Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
* Experience in project management and budgeting.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
* Passion for delivering great learning experiences for internal customers.
* Solid sense of the overall learning landscape and familiarity with a variety of learning providers
