Interiors Project Manager for Local General Contractor

Position Overview:

As an Interiors Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of interior projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Team Collaboration:
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Work closely with designers and architects to translate design concepts into actionable plans.
  • Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Budget Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and design excellence.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience in interiors as a project manager
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
