System Support Specialist

$18.50 - $21/Hourly

As the System Support Specialist, you will be presented with the charge of ensuring that the electronic health record system is functional for the operation of business while directly interacting with the Electronic Health Record Behavior Health Software team, Health Choice Network, and Agape end-users. You will be challenged daily to think on your feet and determine the best course of action for Agape end-users.

Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate all electronic health record system issues and concerns from department managers from the Agape team.
  2. Completion of electronic health record system product knowledge and training.
  3. Manage Partner’s project via Credible’ s Go Live system.
  4. Attend onsite/virtual meetings and trainings.
  5. Provide guidance to end-users about the electronic health record software.
  6. Create necessary task tickets for the electronic health record system.
  7. Document, track and provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post Go-Live.
  8. Train end-users on software functionality and set clear timelines for deliverables.
  9. Manage internal task tickets for the organization, related to the Electronic Health Record Software.
  10. Create, update and develop forms and reports within the Electronic Health Record Software.
  11. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with Electronic Health Record system software team, Electronic Health Record System Technical Team, Training Team and end-users using the electronic health record software.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager of IT Help Desk and Client Record Management.

Education and/ or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field. Equivalent experience in Administrative/Technician and/or experience in office work.
