Quilt Software is becoming a market leader in point-of-sale (POS) software, offering specialty vertical-specific inventory management solutions for high SKU businesses with complex requirements. We offer an integrated payments solutions to manage to process a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand within sets of target accounts through expertise in digital paid media: search and display advertising, paid social, retargeting, and content syndication. Optimization and management of campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing metrics and KPIs, and running and tracking tests will be the primary day-to-day responsibilities and will ensure the long-term success of Quilt's digital campaigns.

Day in the Life:
  • Be a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities
  • Execute digital paid advertising with the goal of creating touchpoints throughout the
    buyer's journey: generating awareness, engagement, and demand
  • Manage a set of digital channels (paid search, paid social, display media, content
    syndication) to specific audience segments, understand how these channels interact
    holistically with other channels
  • Manage a marketing budget against a set of KPIs and lead gen objectives with a focus
    on funnel conversion
  • Work with the different company brands to execute collaborative campaigns
  • Ensure messaging is on-brand and on-target for the audience, the channel, and
    campaign objectives
Who You Are:
  • Strong background in various paid channels: search, display, video, native, and social
  • Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns
  • Comfortable working with large budgets
  • Previous track record of success in paid media channels
  • Someone with a results-driven mindset with a bias for action
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Strong background in testing and optimization
  • Highly creative and empathetic to create advertising that will resonate with the target
    audience
  • Ability to articulate complex topics in an understandable manner
  • Able to collaborate across teams to get work done
  • Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and organized
  • Self-motivated, team player, experimental, sense of humor, confident
  • SASS Experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing HubSpot or another CRM for paid marketing efforts
  • Strong experience with Google Ads or Tag Manager platforms
  • Salesforce Experience
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in digital marketing and direct response campaigns
  • Strong familiarity with the Google Ads platform
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • 3+ years managing a budget to meet objectives
  • Background running statistical analysis to inform database marketing and understand
    campaign metrics

Salary: $75k +
