Job Title: Project Manager, Creative & Marketing (On-Site 5 days a week)

Job Summary: As a Creative Project Manager on the Brand Marketing Team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of various marketing campaigns and activations. This individual must have a strong understanding of brand marketing and 360 campaign execution. Working with Marketing, Product, Design, and external partners, you'll ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects from kickoff to delivery, helping us meet our business goals while keeping the team motivated and aligned. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep the team on track even in fast-paced, dynamic situations.

As a key partner in the marketing department, this individual will ensure that development, timelines, and deadlines are consistently met. They will help execute brand initiatives and marketing efforts with precision, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and delivering high-quality creative solutions that drive results. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Planning & Project Execution:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and internal communications for global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple seasons and multiple agencies, from initial concept through execution and post-launch analysis
  • Maintain and update marketing team tasks and deadlines, track project progress, and communication of status, while maintaining timelines for delivery
  • Lead daily team meetings assessing progress on ongoing, upcoming, and completed projects
  • Will report into the Director of Marketing and ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly goals are met across the marketing team.
Brand Partnership Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all creative project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, requesting and aligning feedback, and addressing any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Navigates the creative process independently and collaboratively, negotiating successfully with other teams while being communicative, proactive, resourceful, professional, and flexible
  • Maintains collaborative partnerships with supporting teams, including Creative, Brands Digital, Marketing and affiliated brands, fostering strong partnerships with teams
Process Improvement:
  • Systematize Ground Up International's engagement process and continuously evaluate project management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison between Graphic Design, Content, Product Design, Merchandising, Finance and outside partners, ensuring alignment and strategic decision-making at key stages.
  • Organize meetings, ensuring deliverables are aligned and actionable follow-ups set and then tracked.
  • Manage process for all campaigns, initiatives, digital strategies, and overall design needs, which includes the proofing process to ensure all stakeholders approve proofs prior to posting or production
  • Seeks opportunities for strategic and creative initiative's that guides our creative process, project management, and client conversations to new and exciting places
  • Manage process and oversee all marketing teams needs company-wide under strict deadlines and various mediums (motion, art direction, graphics, merch, pitch materials, videos, social media etc.)
Support a Customer-Focused Approach:
  • Integrate customer insights into project planning to produce impactful, audience-specific or partner specific marketing plans and creative ideas.
  • Manage retros and process for sharing out performance of campaigns and projects broadly with teams and outside partners, to ensure we are always learning and building upon insights


Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, , ideally in brand marketing, creative, or agency environments. Agency, Apparel, or Fashion or Ecommerce experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in planning 6 -12 months in advance, while also working cross functionality to support day to day delivery dates
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and solution-oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships cross functionally.
  • Ability to gather, organize and present information orally and in writing to groups and to individuals in a variety of settings.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office spreadsheets, digital asset management systems & collaboration tools, and workflow software to help in the documentation and facilitation of tasks. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
