About the Role

At CreativeX Inc, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our creative insights team. As Head of Creative Insights, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the advertising industry.

We are looking for an intellectually curious and inspiring leader who can build a team around them to deliver specific, detailed, and trenchant analysis on an enterprise scale. You will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to support our field of Sales Directors focused on new business sales and cultivate relationships with our high-priority enterprise accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish the operating infrastructure to deliver insights that drive business outcomes. This includes building repeatable, scalable research methods and practices, creating standardized processes for delivering client insights, and determining the methodology for analyzing the business impact of individual Creative Data Applications.

You will also develop and direct ad hoc client Insights projects based on creative data, identify relationships between creative elements and clients' marketing KPIs, and articulate the value of CreativeX data and its impact across enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in media, advertising, technology, and analytics, with in-depth knowledge of the modern advertising ecosystem. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to interpret third-party and industry research to communicate relevant findings across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • B uild a set of repeatable, scalable research methods and practices that can serve a growing client base with timely analysis.
  • Create a standardized process for the ongoing delivery of client insights and verified outcomes, anchored in business value.
  • Determine and implement the methodology for analyzing the business impact of individual Creative Data Applications.
  • Develop and direct ad hoc client Insights projects based on creative data, identifying relationships between creative elements and clients' marketing KPIs.
  • Articulate the value of CreativeX data and its impact across enterprise clients.

Our comprehensive compensation package includes a salary range of $150,000-$180,000, plus stock options and benefits.
