We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to spearhead various strategic initiatives within our Early Childhood Education division. What You'll Do:

  • Enhance Online Presence: Take charge of our online directory listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms to boost our digital footprint.
  • Align Our Message: Work closely with internal and external teams to synchronize branding and messaging across digital ads and marketing channels.
  • Drive Email Campaigns: Execute dynamic email marketing initiatives, from list segmentation and content formatting to scheduling.
  • Data Management: Manage essential business and customer data exports from our CRM for use by external agencies.
  • Media Purchasing: Assist with digital media buying under the guidance of our Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Project Coordination: Keep projects on track, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Data-Driven: Comfortable with CRM platforms and data management, you ensure the integrity and utility of business data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar for email marketing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
