Position Title: 1.0 FTE Long-Term Substitute Speech Language Pathologist

Reports to: Building Principal, Evaluation Team Supervisor and Director of Special Education

Terms of Employment: To cover a leave of absence from approximately August 26, 2024 through November 26, 2024.

$ 175 per diem, non-benefits eligible position.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports Instructional programming by providing speech/language therapy to students as required.
  • Consults with staff to meet the needs of all students requiring speech/language therapy
  • Implements therapeutic plans
  • Schedules students into appropriate instructional groups
  • Assists with mobility, transitioning and personal care as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Qualifications & Physical Demands:

Must be DESE licensed as Speech Language Pathologist.

Must be willing and able to physically manage students if needed.

Classroom experience and college degree required.
