Job Summary:
Working across the Lash Division, the Digital Experience Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging, and intuitive digital experience for our customers. This role involves working closely with marketing, design, and our ecommerce teams to enhance our digital touchpoints, ensuring they align with our brands’ goals and drive customer satisfaction and conversion.
Primary Responsibilities:
User experience:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create a cohesive experience from ads to conversion on our website.
- Propose ideas and innovative solutions for on-site experience
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
Digital Strategy and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc and identify opportunities for improvement as it relates to the digital marketing experience.
- Work closely with the ecommerce coordinator and director to develop and execute an A/B test roadmap to optimize digital channels and enhance user engagement.
Project Management:
- Plan and oversee content updates and ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all digital platforms.
- Organize Asana projects and ensure full ecommerce experience is considered based on campaign level.
- Cross collaborates between internal and external teams to ensure tasks are completed and components are delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensure all stock issues and project movements are communicated efficiently to avoid performance issues.
Email, SMS, Loyalty and Subscription:
- Own the planning process for email and SMS from strategy to sending.
- Work closely with the creative team to continually refresh content and make edits to programs to drive performance.
- Work closely with the ecommerce coordinator to ensure loyalty and subscription programs deliver a strong user experience, while working to evolve and grow the respective programs based on best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing teams to align digital experience strategies with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to drive a strong user experience and deliver quality content at every stage of the digital funnel.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address related concerns.
Experience / Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
- 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce role, with an understanding of ecommerce best practices, KPIs and reporting. The preferred candidate should have experience using Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Asana and content management systems
- Previous beauty or CPG (consumer packaged goods) experience is desired
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentation building) skills required.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously
- Must be able to work in Frisco, Texas office
