Job Summary

The Operations Support position is responsible for supporting account services operations, primarily focusing on the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance.

The role involves ensuring efficient processing of applications and documents while maintaining high service levels and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review paper and electronic documents/applications for good order.
  • Manually process documents and applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle exception and reconciliation reports and assist with executing risk controls.
  • Respond promptly to Operations and Customer Service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts.
  • Complete daily tasks to maintain excellent service levels.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience creating DocuSign forms.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, schedule, analyze, and present findings.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Self-starting individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Education: Bachelors Degree
