About the Job

Utah Soccer LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join their team at America First Field. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth gameday operations and supporting various tasks.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who can assist with setup and teardown for home games, support daily operational tasks, and help with equipment management. The ideal candidate must commit to working the remaining home games of the season.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with gameday setup and teardown for Real Salt Lake home games.
  • Support daily operational tasks at America First Field.
  • Help with moving, setup, teardown, and storage of equipment for all events at AFF.
  • Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of operational spaces throughout the stadium.
  • Participate in improvement and upgrade projects happening within the stadium.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to work in additional private events at AFF, with the potential for increased pay and managerial roles.
  • Collaborate closely with the AFF Operations team to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Available to college students (can work around school schedule) and may be used as school/internship credit.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor and attitude.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to pass a background check and become SafeSport Certified.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedule and events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Previous event experience preferred.
Estimated Salary

$25,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience.
