Job Description Summary
The Facilities Analyst is part of Sporting Kansas City's Facility Operations Team that is accountable for coordinating improvement and maintenance projects while enhancing facilities and operations within the Sporting Kansas City portfolio. This role involves producing and analyzing data, developing and implementing strategies to improve facility efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Facilities Analyst will work closely with various departments to support the organization's facility maintenance, infrastructure and operational needs.

Job Description

Essential Functions
  • Support the Facility Operations Team by compiling and organizing project data into a central hub.
  • Maintain and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accuracy including, assets / master equipment list, work request schedule and PMs.
  • Collaborate with Facility Operations Team to establish and coordinate the schedule for daily work order assignments across various trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Ensure all contract, insurance, vendor intake information for contractors is captured and current
  • Manage select projects and tasks across facilities by standardizing process and delivering consistent service levels
  • Represent Sporting Kansas City at project planning meetings, stakeholder meetings, project update meetings and other property related meetings as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to facility operations, including maintenance schedules, energy usage, sustainability metrics and space utilization.
  • Generate reports to analyze work orders, labor, materials and costs to evaluate maintenance costs and recurring maintenance issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and concerns from associates and other stakeholders. Respond promptly to service requests and ensure a high-level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Derive and manage reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools.
  • Represent Sporting Kansas City and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of construction industry or facility operations experience. Demonstrate proficiency in management processes and the execution thereof.
  • Strong technology skills, including experience using CMMS systems and project management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCad, Bluebeam, Revit or Sketchup or similar drafting software. Necessary to open and read files.
