THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist at Bellagio, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities include managing appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. By maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk operation, you contribute to the overall excellence of our salon and spa services.
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $14.00/HR + portion of service charges
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Provide exceptional service by assisting guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, checking them in and out of the facility, and consistently delivering sincere, enthusiastic, and high-quality customer service to enhance their experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service, address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, manage daily cash transactions accurately, and maintain proficiency in spa/salon software systems
- Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols
- Drive sales by effectively promoting and selling service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products to enhance guest experiences
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Must either possess the ability to obtain or currently hold a Food Handlers Card
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
