THE WORK:

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our developer advocacy team. The intern will work with our team of developers, product managers, and marketing specialists to help promote and educate developers on XRPL and its features.

The intern will join the RippleX division of Ripple, a team that champions the builders of tomorrow by providing XRPL developers with the infrastructure, tools, services, programs, and support that helps them to advance the solutions and innovation needed to enable businesses, consumers, institutions and governments to fuel the engine of a new digital economy.

The intern will be part of a team which is the face of the XRPL community and represent Ripple in the larger Web3/Blockchain/Defi/NFT ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in creating and updating workshops, tutorials and developer documentation.
  • Meet with developers from our grants, campus ambassador, bounty and accelerator programs to get updates, help solve technical hurdles and gather feedback.
  • Engage with the developer community on social through Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Github.
  • Help organize and participate in hackathons and other blockchain-focused events.
  • Assist in creating and delivering presentations and workshops on our blockchain platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather feedback from developers and incorporate it into product development.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and helping others learn and grow.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.  CA Annual Base Salary Range $1—$2 USD
