This position is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our existing clients. It is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, managing orders, and overseeing invoicing processes.
Focus is on maintaining and enhancing client relationships
Identify opportunities for upselling to meet client's evolving needs.
