The hourly pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $20.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in developing independent job skills through personalized task analysis and job-specific support, incorporating technology and personal assistance.
- Work collaboratively with individuals at job sites to analyze requirements and simplify tasks into teachable components.
- Build and nurture a supportive network between individuals and community members, enhancing workplace connections.
- Regularly communicate individual progress with employers and support networks, including family members and professionals.
- Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Be open to additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Cooperate with licensing and department staff during inspections, inquiries, or investigations.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of full-time work experience in employment services or a related field.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to analyze jobs and break them down into manageable tasks.
- Sound judgment and calmness in crisis situations.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas and factual information clearly.
- Proficiency in building supportive relationships with individuals.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Successful completion of criminal background checks, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing will be required for employment.
