What You'll Be Doing

• Operate the filler and maintain operational condition throughout production runs.

• Manage the entire filling operation by controlling filler functions such as starting/stopping, adjusting speeds, coordinating variable speed controls etc.

• Maintain vigilance for any upsets within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsets.

• Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of the filler’s operational capacities and its operational limitations.

• Ability to identify unsafe conditions and react with proper techniques to correct these conditions.

• Ability to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance department.

• Manage alerts to maintenance and management for all maintenance related issues.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to lift 60 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This position is bonus eligible. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
