Purpose of Position: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting the company's ServiceNow environment. You will work in a team setting on various projects, taking the customer’s requirements/stories and building them on the ServiceNow platform. You should have an understanding of various ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.). Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform general day-to-day development, administration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. Work directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within ServiceNow. Collaborate with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operational requirements and systems goals. Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items, and their associated workflows. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform. Minimum of six years of developer experience using modern web development. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.
