Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Job Description:

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices while working within a controlled (clean, sterile, medical grade) manufacturing area. You will perform assemblies underneath a microscope for 6-8 hours daily. Duties include processing polymer materials, assembling plastic and metal components, performing in-process quality checks, utilizing small hand tools and calibrated instruments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements, maintain clean room integrity, and adhere to safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, QSR, and FDA regulations.

Hard Skills:

  • Microscope

  • Clean room

  • Medical Device assembly

  • Lean Training

  • Continuous Improvement Training

Shift:

  • 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am

  • 7 week training period

Job Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 11 Month(s).

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Work Environment:

Medical device industry. Business Casual/Culture is professional and clean cut. Flexible start time. Working in a clean room environment. No jewelry, makeup, perfumes, or colognes.
