Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a versatile and diligent Operations Associate to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to varying tasks essential to the functionality and cleanliness of our operations.


The ideal candidate will handle everything from preparing glass to maintaining the overall tidiness and operational efficiency of our shop. Being an integral part of the team is the most crucial factor of all, as we thrive on collaboration and mutual support.

Compensation:

$20+ hourly + bonuses

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper disposal of trash and maintain a debris-free and safe environment
  • Wash and inspect glass for quality assurance
  • Cut, measure, and assemble parts for manufacturing
  • Seal, wrap, and deliver glass according to schedule
  • Oversee, manage, and execute glass deliveries
  • Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies.


Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Painting areas in the shop as needed to enhance appearance and cleanliness
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing grass, shoveling, and salting walkways
  • Conduct weekly cleaning and maintenance of the machines
  • Keep bathroom facilities clean
  • Assist with inventory management whenever necessary

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various job duties
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous forklift operation a plus


Training:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided for all necessary tasks and equipment
