The openings are for 1st shift (7am to 3pm) and 3rd Shift (11pm to 7am).

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpreting assembly instructions from various sources, including work orders, blueprints, and verbal directions, to accurately assemble products.
- Efficiently scheduling and executing assembly tasks to meet production timelines.
- Utilizing a range of hand tools and equipment to perform assembly operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Participating in the organization and preparation of parts for assembly, including inventory collection and workstation setup.
- Conducting quality checks and packaging of finished products, readying them for shipment.
- Engaging in ongoing maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, upholding safety and ESD protection protocols.
- Demonstrating adaptability by working across multiple stations and contributing to team efforts.

Job Requirements

- A High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is considered an asset.
- A mechanical aptitude with prior experience in using basic hand tools.
- Strong comprehension skills for both written and verbal instructions in English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Experience in reading and understanding work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Basic mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and physically manage loads of up to 50 lbs.
