Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic individual to join our assembly team. This role involves the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient and precise assembly of products while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components and parts according to detailed specifications.
  • Interpret and understand bills of materials, work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Utilize various hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks, which may include specialized activities such as tube bending and soldering.
  • Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of assemblies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request materials as necessary for assembly processes.

Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) is required.
  • Previous experience in assembly or fast-paced operations is preferred.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs individually and 70 lbs with assistance.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools is essential.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for operational tasks.
